Delivery Method: We specialise in digital goods, specifically software license keys, which are primarily delivered electronically via email. Additionally, for some products, we may also provide a physical card containing the license key, shipped via courier. However, the primary mode of delivery remains email.

Delivery Timeframe

• Email Delivery: In most cases, you will receive your license key(s) within minutes to a few hours after completing your purchase. However, in case of any unforeseen delays, please allow up to 24-48 business hours for email delivery.
  
  
• Physical Card Delivery (if applicable): If your order includes a physical card, it will be processed within 24-48 business hours and shipped via courier. Delivery time varies based on location but typically takes 2-7 business days within Pakistan.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. We will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatching the physical key card. If we don’t receive a response after multiple attempts, we will cancel the order.

Non-Delivery & Order Issues

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your email's spam folder for any digital deliveries.
• For physical shipments, refer to the tracking number or contact our support team for assistance.
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
