Cancellation Policy
At LicenseKart, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery):
- Orders for email delivery products cannot be cancelled once the license key or digital product has been issued.
- Orders for physical delivery products may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@licensekart.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
2. Automatic Cancellation:
- Orders that remain unpaid beyond the payment window are automatically cancelled by the system.
- In cases of suspected fraud or incomplete information, LicenseKart reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Orders once fulfilled (keys delivered or physical items dispatched) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Replacement/Exchange Policy

Claim Period: You have 7 days to report any issues with your purchase. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
- Replacement Options: As per our store’s policy, replacements are evaluated and approved on a case-to-case basis

Eligibility: Replacement is only available for invalid or previously used license keys (from our end).

Edition Compatibility: Make sure to order the license for relevant editions. In case of non-supported versions/editions, we are not liable for any return or refund.
No Return Policy for Digital Goods

All sales are final. Once a license key is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Why? Digital keys cannot be revoked or resold once issued, ensuring product integrity.
Exception for Defective Keys
- If you receive an invalid or used key, contact support at sales@licensekart.pk within 7 days for investigation. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If not received within 15 business days, contact us.
