Cancellation Policy

At LicenseKart, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent purchasing experience for all our customers.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery):

• Orders for email delivery products cannot be cancelled once the license key or digital product has been issued.
• Orders for physical delivery products may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@licensekart.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. Automatic Cancellation:

• Orders that remain unpaid beyond the payment window are automatically cancelled by the system.
• In cases of suspected fraud or incomplete information, LicenseKart reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Orders once fulfilled (keys delivered or physical items dispatched) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
